After having a security system installed it is important to consider the on-going routine maintenance to ensure its continual effectiveness. We would also recommend that a basic contract is taken out to run with the 12-month warranty period for new installations.
CRD Synergy does not have any standard maintenance plans, we believe that each maintenance contract needs to be tailored to each particular sites requirements. CRD Synergy will discuss all the options available with the client and put together a maintenance plan designed around these discussions. The types of options available include: call-out response times, frequency of routine maintenance visits, software support, telephone help-line etc.
CRD Synergy employs a 24-Hour telephone answering service who can take your details and fault reports and route these through to the relevant engineering staff for action.
CRD Synergy employs dedicated maintenance and call-out engineers who can respond to call-outs and carry out the routine maintenance of all types of systems. These engineers carry a range of spares on their vehicles to allow them to fix the majority of problems on the first visit. However, for larger items CRD Synergy holds a stock of spares that can be dispatched to site the next day. On larger contracts we would recommend that spares are held on-site to reduce fix times, and would advise the client on a recommended spares holding.
CRD Synergy also has the ability to maintain systems installed by other security installation companies. In this situation we would send one of our consultants to site to evaluate the existing installation and provide a report on what we find and any remedial action required. Following the remedial works CRD Synergy would tailor a contract to suit, and the client would be treated as if they have always been a partner of CRD Synergy experiencing the same benefits.
